Job Summary
Lead software engineering management within PwC's Advisory CT&I practice across multiple Mexican locations. Drive delivery of cutting-edge software solutions, mentor and develop team members, manage project planning, budgets, timelines, and client expectations, and partner with leadership to ensure quality and successful delivery of client engagements. Responsible for coaching, leveraging team strengths, addressing conflicts with clients and stakeholders, and upholding professional and technical standards while embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery across the firm.
