Job Summary
Conduct an extensive hands-on training program as a Recruiter Trainee, learning recruiting fundamentals with an Onboarding Coach. Transition into a Recruiter role to source top IT consultants, manage the full recruiting cycle, and provide career coaching on market trends and resume creation. Develop sourcing strategies using AI tools and leverage market expertise to advise account managers on labor rates and hiring locations. Negotiate compensation packages and demonstrate specialized knowledge within aligned skill specializations. Participate in a structured Sales Readiness Program to prepare for an Account Manager transition, learning the sales lifecycle including prospecting and solution positioning. Engage in role-plays and shadowing to build sales acumen, then take ownership of a defined sales territory to develop a personal book of business. Build partnerships with clients to understand technology needs and execute consultative sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree OR Military experience OR Associates Degree and at least 3 years of professional experience OR 4 years of professional experience in a customer facing role
- Strong interest in b2b sales, relationship‐building, and customer service
- Self‐motivated with a competitive drive and a growth‐oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast‐paced environment
- Demonstrated resilience, coachability, and problem‐solving capabilities
