Job Summary
Conduct foundational training at the Dealer Support Center covering culture, technology, and the sales process. Relocate to a dealership to master the sales process as an RV Outfitter, build a customer base, and sell a minimum of 100 RVs annually. Generate opportunities, develop relationships, and drive results while demonstrating consistent leadership behaviors to qualify for the Leadership Development Program. Upon qualification, continue serving as a high-performing Outfitter while receiving advanced coaching and mentorship to prepare for advancement into a Jr. Sales Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Recent college graduate with a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Successful completion of two sales internships
- Participation in collegiate sales competitions
- Demonstrated history of challenging the status quo and improving outcomes
- Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset and the desire to build your own business
- Relentless commitment to being the best and continuously improving
- Innovative thinker who embraces change and seeks better solutions
- Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Ability to relocate based on business needs
- Ability to adapt to any environment
