Job Summary
Accelerated Leadership Training Program at Chick-fil-A Hamilton Mill & Dacula, a two-year, full-time career pathway designed to develop internal candidates into franchise ownership, corporate leadership, or executive-level management. Progression moves from Team Member to Trainer, Area Manager, Support Director, and Operations Director with a focus on frontline operations excellence, people leadership, and business acumen. Mentorship from Directors and the Operator, exposure to marketing, HR, training development, labor efficiency, inventory, and food safety, plus leadership development and real-world business exposure. Ideal candidates are highly motivated, self-starters, strong communicators, natural teachers, physically and mentally resilient, adaptable, team-oriented, and committed to a multi-year leadership track. Requires no college degree, age 18+, full-time eligibility, 2-year commitment, ability to lift 40+ lbs, reliable transportation, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
