Accelerated Leadership Program with four six-month rotations across North American facilities, culminating in a permanent Purchasing Specialist position in Auburn Hills, MI. Includes mentorship, cross-functional exposure, hands-on experience, formal training, leadership development tools, and rotation milestones. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Operations Management or related Business degree (minimum 3.0 GPA) and two relevant co-ops/internships; relocation every six months is provided with company housing during rotations. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Operations Management or related Business degree
- 3.0 minimum GPA
- At least two rotations of relevant co-ops or internships
- Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Leadership experience or exposure preferred
- Thorough understanding of engineering principals
- Excellent Organization and Communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Willingness to relocate every 6 months
