Job Summary
Attend all portions of the 12-month ACAS fellowship training program without exception and engage in dialogue with internal and external business partners to formulate solutions based on training input. Drive collaboration with the local team, clinical lead, and support staff while maintaining composure and problem-solving focus during high-stress interactions in an EP lab environment. Respond daily to requests via email and voicemail, prioritizing needs from physicians, nurses, technicians, and hospital administrators. Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and EP lab staff on the effective use of BWI's systems and catheter equipment, including The CARTO® System, during case procedures within an assigned territory. This 12-month training position leads to promotion to Clinical Account Specialist upon successful graduation, with a requirement to travel up to 60% overnight locally, regionally, and nationally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced English level
- Ability to travel up to 60% overnight locally, regionally, and nationally
- Sophisticated clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation and cardio imaging
- Technical knowledge of EP technology, advancements, and the business landscape
- Advanced-level digital literacy
- Ability to multitask without the direct oversight of a manager required
- Minimum of 2 years of related professional experience (engineering, or healthcare setting)
- Minimum of 1 year of EP mapping experience
