Job Summary
Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging; supervise and mentor RBTs to support high-quality care; collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth; deliver evidence-based ABA therapy in a play-focused environment; opportunities for leadership growth and potential ownership within the center; remote work days available (3 days per month) when not delivering treatment.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification or eligibility to supervise BCBA supervisees
- experience supervising RBTs
- ability to develop and implement ABA treatment plans
- ability to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
- strong communication and mentoring skills
