Job Summary
Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging; supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality ABA care; collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth; deliver evidence-based therapy in a containment-focused, play-based environment. The role includes leadership pathways from BCBA to senior leadership, mentorship bonuses, supervision of trainees, and relocation support.
