Job Summary
Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging; supervise and mentor RBTs to support high-quality ABA care; collaborate with families to set goals and track progress; deliver evidence-based therapy in a play-focused environment; participate in a leadership/mentorship path with opportunities for center and regional advancement; mentorship and supervision of trainees, and engagement in ongoing professional development via CEUs and collaboration with renowned clinicians.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience developing treatment plans for ABA therapy
- Ability to supervise RBTs and mentor trainees
- Strong collaboration with families and multidisciplinary team
