Develop treatment plans that are clinically sound and engaging, supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care, and collaborate with families to set goals and track progress. Deliver evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment while managing caseloads of up to eight children. This role includes a Monday through Friday schedule from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with Saturday coverage from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM based on patient attendance, and offers up to 3 work-from-home days per month. Candidates earn total compensation ranging from $84,000 to $117,670 annually, with opportunities for performance, mentorship, and certification bonuses.
