Job Summary
Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging. Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care. Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth. Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment. Participate in leadership and development tracks, supervise RBTs pursuing BCBA certification, and engage in mentorship of assigned trainees. Manage a manageable caseload of up to 8 children, with remote-work flexibility and robust benefits including relocation support, CEU opportunities, and a comprehensive compensation package.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification or eligibility
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field
- ability to supervise RBTs and mentor trainees
- experience delivering evidence-based ABA therapy
- capacity to collaborate with families
- strong organizational and leadership capabilities
