Academy Performance Analyst Intern

Job Summary
Capture academy training sessions and code both live and post-training footage. Utilize captured data to provide feedback to coaches and players, while labeling fixtures to generate individual and team KPIs. Create educational and post-match analysis videos demonstrating best practice for players and coaches. Collaborate with the data analyst to establish benchmarking for academy players and complete any ad-hoc tasks requested by leadership. This internship runs from February through December, requiring up to 28 hours per week including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Candidates must possess strong technical and tactical soccer knowledge, soccer coaching qualifications, and the ability to work unsocial hours under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- Working towards a Performance analysis or Sports related degree
- Soccer coaching qualifications – US Soccer D or equivalent
- Must be able to work up to 28 hours per week
- Ability to work unsocial hours including evenings and
- Ability to work under pressure for long hours
