Job Summary
Facilitate onboarding, core, and upskill Academy programs virtually or in the classroom, including delivering assessments, managing practice pods, and conducting call calibration sessions. Identify behavior and proficiency gaps, develop action plans, and coach participants to ensure successful training completion and milestone achievement. Manage program outreach, logistics, communications, and calendar planning while ensuring teammates have access to necessary technology. Partner with content design teammates, subject matter experts, and vendors to deliver high-quality learning experiences and support vendor-led events. Conduct periodic post-program checkpoints to gauge understanding and accelerate speed to proficiency. Enforce risk culture by adhering to internal and regulatory policies throughout new-to-role programs. Provide stakeholders with feedback on teammate development and program updates while coordinating with Technology Focus Group leaders to plan and execute learning events. Maintain and enhance Academy On-Demand learning pages to ensure content remains accessible and current.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams or projects, with a track record of achieving goals and driving results
- Proven ability to coach, manage, and develop by driving proficiency and performance in a client centric environment
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task-completion
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to easily engage others in dialogue, influence without direct authority, convey sincere interest in building/deepening relationships, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence
- Effective communication skills (including verbal, non-verbal, written and presentation) and active listening skills, including the ability to influence virtually
- Demonstrated problem solving, strong follow-up skills and ability to escalate and gain resolution as needed
- Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize
- Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs (for example, Microsoft Office)
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
