Job Summary
Lead the training function by designing and implementing a modern, scalable Training Academy with digital, blended, and microlearning delivery. Oversee content & curriculum management, establish certification pathways, define and track KPIs to measure training impact, and cultivate a high-performing team of trainers, instructional designers, and learning specialists. Partner with internal leaders and product teams to align training initiatives with strategic priorities, driving learner engagement, program relevance, and business outcomes across internal teams, partners, and customers.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in building and leading training or learning & development programs, ideally in a tech or fintech environment.
