Job Summary
Conduct individualized goalkeeper sessions for U14 and U15 boys, adhering to the club's style of play. Assist head coaches during training and actively participate in player meetings to communicate directly with academy goalkeepers. Work approximately 20 hours per week, primarily in afternoon sessions, with availability to attend weekend home matches on a need basis. Complete all club and league registration requirements, including background checks, SafeSport, and Heads Up. Ideal candidates possess playing and coaching experience in the goalkeeper position, strong organizational skills, and a passion for youth soccer and MLS. Spanish language ability is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- previous experience in the role of goalkeeper both as a player and coach
- Playing and coaching experience in the Goalkeeper position
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong ability to communicate and work under pressure
- Passion for youth soccer
- knowledge of MLS
- Ability to speak Spanish
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
