Job Summary
Safely transport Academy players (minors) to and potentially from soccer training according to the daily schedule provided. Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers during transit, maintain punctuality for pick-up and drop-off times, and follow all traffic laws and regulations. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, keep accurate records of trips including mileage and times, and ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the company vehicle. Report any incidents or accidents to management immediately. Maintain a professional demeanor while working flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and varying times based on the soccer training schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and varying hours based on soccer training schedule
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused during stressful situations
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Familiarity with SafeSport
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
- Able to sit for extended periods of time while driving
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in driving children or similar roles
