Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Paid, Full-time)

Conduct 1:1 and small group academic coaching for elementary, middle, and high school students to improve attendance, literacy, and math skills. Develop individual behavior management systems and collaborate with teachers to monitor student progress within City Year's data system. Create engaging classroom spaces and lead extended day programming, including virtual sessions, homework support, and student clubs. Support whole school initiatives that recognize student growth in attendance and behavior while fostering interpersonal development through reflection and repetition.
