Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Paid, Full-time)

Conduct academic coaching and interpersonal development for elementary, middle, and high school students through one-on-one and small group sessions. Develop literacy and math skills using varied activities, create behavior management systems, and collaborate with teachers to monitor individual student progress via City Year's data system. Support whole school initiatives by leading extended day and virtual programming for academic enrichment, homework assistance, and leadership development. Create engaging classroom spaces and co-lead events recognizing student growth in attendance and behavior.
