Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Paid, Full-time)

Conduct academic coaching and mentorship for elementary, middle, and high school students by working 1:1 and in small groups to develop literacy and math skills. Create and implement behavior management systems while collaborating with teachers to monitor individual student progress and whole-class instruction. Support extended day and virtual programming for academic enrichment, homework assistance, and leadership development. Establish engaging classroom spaces and co-lead events recognizing student growth in attendance and behavior.
