Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Paid, Full-time)

Conduct academic coaching and mentorship for elementary, middle, and high school students to improve attendance, develop positive behaviors, and build literacy or math skills. Plan and monitor individual student progress while collaborating with teachers on whole-class instruction, breakout spaces, and behavior management systems. Support extended day and virtual programming for academic enrichment, homework assistance, and student clubs. Create engaging classroom spaces and co-lead events recognizing student growth in math, literacy, and attendance. Participate in facilitated reviews of student data entered into the organization's system.
