Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Paid, Full-time)

Conduct 1:1 and small group academic coaching for elementary through high school students to improve attendance, literacy, and math skills. Develop individual behavior management systems and collaborate with teachers to monitor student progress using City Year's data system. Create engaging classroom spaces and support whole school initiatives including extended day programming, homework assistance, and student clubs. Lead events recognizing student growth in math, literacy, and behavior while developing interpersonal skills through reflection and repetition.
