Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Paid, Full-time)

Conduct 1:1 and small group academic coaching for elementary, middle, and high school students to improve attendance, develop positive behaviors, and enhance literacy and math skills. Create and implement behavior management systems while collaborating with teachers to monitor individual progress through City Year's data system. Support whole school initiatives by leading extended day programming, virtual sessions, and events that recognize student achievement in academics and behavior. Participate in facilitated reviews of student data and co-lead programs focused on homework support, recreation, and leadership development.
