Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Paid, Full-time)

Conduct 1:1 and small group academic coaching for elementary through high school students to improve attendance, literacy, and math skills. Develop behavior management systems and interpersonal strategies while collaborating with teachers to monitor individual progress and facilitate data reviews. Create engaging classroom spaces and support whole school initiatives including extended day programming, virtual sessions, and student achievement events. Participate in facilitated reviews of student data entered into City Year's system.
