Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Paid, Full-time)

Coach and mentor elementary, middle, and high school students to improve academic success, attendance, and positive behaviors through one-on-one and small group support. Develop literacy and math skills using varied learning activities, create behavior management systems, and collaborate with teachers to monitor individual student progress in City Year's data system. Plan and execute extended day programming, virtual sessions, and events recognizing student growth in math, literacy, and attendance. Participate in facilitated reviews of student data and co-lead programs focused on academic enrichment, homework support, and leadership development.
