Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Paid, Full-time)

Conduct 1:1 and small group academic coaching for elementary, middle, and high school students to improve attendance, behavior, and literacy/math skills. Develop personalized learning activities, answer questions, and implement behavior management systems while collaborating with teachers to monitor progress in City Year's data system. Create engaging classroom spaces and support whole school initiatives including extended day programming, virtual sessions, and events recognizing student achievement. Participate in facilitated data reviews and contribute to academic enrichment, homework support, and leadership development programs.
