Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Paid, Full-time)

Conduct 1:1 and small group coaching to help students earn academic success, improve attendance, and develop positive behaviors. Plan and monitor individual progress while collaborating with teachers on whole-class instruction and breakout spaces. Create literacy and math activities, implement behavior management systems, and support extended day or virtual programming including homework help and student clubs. Recognize student growth through events and programs focused on achievement in math, literacy, and attendance.
