Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Paid, Full-time)

Conduct 1:1 and small group academic coaching for elementary, middle, and high school students to improve attendance, develop positive behaviors, and enhance literacy and math skills. Create and implement behavior management systems while collaborating with teachers to monitor individual student progress through City Year's data system. Plan and execute extended day and virtual programming, including academic enrichment, homework support, and student clubs, alongside co-leading events that recognize student achievement.
