Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Paid, Full-time)

Coach and mentor elementary, middle, and high school students to improve academic success, attendance, and positive behaviors through 1:1 and small group sessions. Develop literacy and math skills using varied learning activities, create behavior management systems, and collaborate with teachers to monitor individual student progress via data systems. Support whole school initiatives by conducting extended day and virtual programming for academic enrichment, homework assistance, and leadership development. Create engaging classroom spaces and co-lead events recognizing student growth in math, literacy, and attendance.
