Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Paid, Full-time)

Coach and mentor elementary, middle, and high school students to improve attendance, academic success, and positive behaviors. Plan and monitor individual student progress while collaborating with teachers on whole-class instruction and in-class assistance. Develop literacy and math skills through varied learning activities, create behavior management systems, and foster interpersonal skills using proven strategies. Support whole-school initiatives by conducting extended day and virtual programming for academic enrichment, homework support, and leadership development. Create engaging classroom spaces and co-lead events recognizing student growth in math, literacy, and attendance.
