Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Paid, Full-time)

Conduct 1:1 and small group academic coaching for elementary through high school students to improve attendance, literacy, and math skills. Develop behavior management systems and create engaging classroom spaces while collaborating with teachers to monitor individual student progress using City Year's data system. Plan and execute extended day programming, including virtual sessions, homework support, and leadership development events. Participate in facilitated reviews of student data and co-lead achievement recognition programs.
