Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Paid, Full-time)

Coach and mentor elementary, middle, and high school students to improve academic success, attendance, and positive behaviors. Work one-on-one and in small groups to develop literacy and math skills, create behavior management systems, and foster interpersonal growth through reflection and repetition. Collaborate with teachers to monitor student progress, analyze data, and implement whole-class instruction strategies. Support extended day and virtual programming for academic enrichment, homework assistance, and leadership development. Create engaging classroom spaces and co-lead events recognizing student achievements. You will receive 2-4 weeks of training and work with partner school staff.
