Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Paid, Full-time)

Coach and mentor elementary, middle, and high school students to improve academic success, attendance, and positive behaviors. Work 1:1 and in small groups to develop literacy and math skills while implementing behavior management systems. Collaborate with teachers to monitor individual student progress through data analysis and facilitated reviews. Support whole school initiatives by conducting extended day and virtual programming for academic enrichment, homework assistance, and leadership development. Create engaging classroom spaces and co-lead events recognizing student growth in math, literacy, and attendance.
