Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Paid, Full-time)

Conduct 1:1 and small group academic coaching for elementary, middle, and high school students to improve attendance, develop positive behaviors, and enhance literacy and math skills. Monitor individual student progress by collaborating with teachers to collect, record, and analyze data within City Year's student data system. Create and implement behavior management systems while developing interpersonal skills through learning, practice, and reflection. Support whole school initiatives including extended day programming, virtual sessions, and events recognizing student growth in achievement areas.
