Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Paid, Full-time)

Conduct academic coaching and mentorship for elementary, middle, and high school students by planning individual progress monitoring and collaborating with teachers on whole-class instruction. Develop literacy and math skills through varied activities, implement behavior management systems, and create engaging classroom spaces. Support whole school initiatives by leading extended day and virtual programming for academic enrichment, homework support, and student clubs. Collect, record, and analyze student data while participating in facilitated reviews. This entry-level, paid full-time position includes 2-4 weeks of training and bi-weekly living stipends. Eligible candidates must be U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents aged 17-25 by July 1, 2025, with a high school diploma or GED.
