Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Paid, Full-time)

Conduct 1:1 and small group academic coaching for elementary through high school students to improve attendance, literacy, and math skills. Create and implement behavior management systems while collaborating with teachers to monitor individual progress using City Year's data system. Plan and execute extended day and virtual programming, including academic enrichment, homework support, and student clubs. Develop interpersonal skills through reflection and repetition while co-leading events that recognize student achievement.
