Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Paid, Full-time)

Conduct 1:1 and small group academic coaching for elementary through high school students, developing literacy and math skills while implementing behavior management systems. Monitor individual student progress by collaborating with teachers to collect, record, and analyze data within City Year's student data system. Plan and monitor whole class instruction, breakout spaces, and extended day programming including homework support, recreation, and leadership development. Create an engaging, safe, and healthy classroom space in partnership with partner teachers.
