Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Paid, Full-time)

Conduct academic coaching and mentorship for elementary, middle, and high school students by working 1:1 and in small groups to develop literacy and math skills while managing behavior and interpersonal growth. Plan and monitor individual student progress through data collection and analysis within City Year's student data system, collaborating with teachers on whole-class instruction and breakout spaces. Support whole school initiatives by leading extended day and virtual programming for academic enrichment, homework assistance, and student clubs. Create engaging classroom environments and co-lead events recognizing student achievements in attendance and behavior.
