Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Paid, Full-time)

Conduct academic coaching and mentorship for elementary, middle, and high school students through one-on-one and small group sessions. Develop literacy and math skills using varied learning activities while implementing behavior management systems and fostering interpersonal growth. Collaborate with teachers to monitor individual student progress via data analysis and facilitate whole-class instruction support. Plan and execute extended day and virtual programming, including academic enrichment, homework assistance, and student clubs. Create engaging classroom spaces and co-lead events recognizing student achievement in attendance and behavior.
