Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Paid, Full-time)

Conduct one-on-one and small group academic coaching for elementary, middle, and high school students to improve attendance, develop literacy and math skills, and foster positive behaviors. Create and implement behavior management systems while collaborating with teachers to monitor individual student progress through City Year's data system. Plan and deliver extended day and virtual programming, including academic enrichment, homework support, and leadership development events. Establish an engaging, safe classroom space and co-lead recognition programs for student achievement.
