Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Paid, Full-time)

Conduct 1:1 and small group academic coaching for elementary, middle, and high school students to improve attendance, literacy, math skills, and positive behaviors. Develop individualized learning activities, answer questions, and implement behavior management systems while collaborating with teachers to monitor progress in City Year's student data system. Create engaging classroom spaces and support whole school initiatives including extended day programming, homework assistance, and student clubs. Participate in facilitated reviews of student data and co-lead events recognizing student achievement.
