Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Paid, Full-time)

Conduct academic coaching and mentorship for elementary, middle, and high school students through one-on-one sessions and small groups. Develop literacy and math skills using varied activities while implementing behavior management systems and fostering interpersonal growth. Collaborate with teachers to monitor individual student progress, analyze data, and create engaging classroom environments. Support whole school initiatives by leading extended day programming, virtual sessions, and events that recognize student achievements in attendance and behavior. Participate in facilitated reviews of student data within City Year's systems.
