Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Paid, Full-time)

Coach and mentor elementary, middle, and high school students to improve academic success, attendance, and positive behaviors. Plan and monitor individual student progress while collaborating with teachers on whole-class instruction and in-class assistance. Develop literacy and math skills through varied activities, create behavior management systems, and support extended day programming including homework help and student clubs. Collect, record, and analyze student data using City Year's system to facilitate progress reviews.
