Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Paid, Full-time)

Coach and mentor elementary, middle, and high school students to improve academic success, attendance, and positive behaviors through one-on-one and small group interactions. Develop literacy and math skills using tailored activities, implement behavior management systems, and collaborate with teachers to monitor individual progress via student data systems. Support whole school initiatives by conducting extended day and virtual programming for academic enrichment, homework assistance, and leadership development while creating engaging classroom environments.
