Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Paid, Full-time)

Conduct 1:1 and small group academic coaching for elementary, middle, and high school students to improve attendance and develop positive behaviors. Create and implement behavior management systems while developing literacy and math skills through tailored learning activities. Monitor individual student progress by collaborating with teachers to analyze data entered into the school's student data system. Support whole school initiatives by leading extended day programming, virtual sessions, and events that recognize student growth in math, literacy, and attendance. Work alongside partner teachers to create engaging classroom spaces and facilitate breakout instruction.
