Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Paid, Full-time)

Conduct 1:1 and small group academic coaching for elementary, middle, and high school students to improve attendance, literacy, and math skills. Develop behavior management systems and collaborate with teachers to monitor individual student progress using City Year's data system. Create engaging classroom spaces and support whole school initiatives including extended day programming, homework assistance, and student clubs. Lead events recognizing student growth in attendance and behavior. Participate in facilitated reviews of student data and work with partner teachers on whole class instruction and breakout spaces.
