Job Summary
Review, develop, and implement IEPs, 504s, and educational plans while collecting and analyzing data. Provide students with appropriate scaffolding, accommodations, and modifications to support their learning. Collaborate with administration, teachers, and special education personnel to facilitate daily operations and maintain required records. Work with students to develop organizational skills, time management abilities, and effective study habits. Ensure adherence to laws, policies, and ethical standards while maintaining confidentiality. Maintain a kind, caring demeanor and positive attitude while reinforcing behavioral and academic standards. Prioritize student needs and the best interest of the whole school. Seek and respond to coaching, evaluation, and constructive criticism.
Required Qualifications
- Four Year Degree preferred
