Job Summary
Provide outpatient rheumatologic care at the Robert B Green and Gateway clinic sites and deliver inpatient consult coverage at the UT Health Multispecialty & Research Hospital and University Hospital. Supervise rheumatology fellows, internal medicine residents, and medical students while conducting research and teaching within the Department of Medicine. This full-time faculty position offers an appointment as Assistant, Associate, or Professor/Clinical dependent on experience, situated in San Antonio. The University of Texas Health at San Antonio seeks a board-certified or eligible MD/DO with completed Internal Medicine and Rheumatology residency.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- 3 years of ACGME certified Internal Medicine residency
- Rheumatology Board certified
- Successfully obtain board certification within one year of completing fellowship training
