Job Summary
Academic Programme Coordinator role at Ecole Bilingue Avenir (EBA) in Ngaparou, Senegal. Lead academic excellence by guiding teacher development, coordinating key educational initiatives, and building a high-performing academic culture under the Head of School. Required Qualifications
- Experience leading teachers, coordinating academic programmes, or managing educational projects within a school environment
- Fully bilingual in English and French
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Ability to develop teachers through feedback and professional development
- Experience with international curricula (IB, Cambridge, British, American, French, or equivalent) is a plus
