Job Summary
Provide key administrative support to the Psychology undergraduate programs within the College of the Liberal Arts, including coordination of student records, registration changes, course scheduling, classroom/exam logistics, advising collaboration, graduation processing, and data management across University Park and World Campus. Manage enrollment prerequisites and exceptions, substitutions/exemptions, and degree-certification tasks; administer graduation lists and commencements; maintain academic systems (LionPATH, 25Live, internal databases) and support reporting for program review. Assist with departmental research subject pool, independent study processes, and backup for graduate program operations; contribute to departmental website and social media communications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, Workday, and Penn State iTwo for data access and distribution. Requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and effective communication; ability to work independently and in a team; capability to juggle multiple priorities.
Required Qualifications
