Academic Primary Care Physician – Rego Park, Queens, NY

Conduct outpatient primary care in a split ambulatory practice between resident and faculty settings at Northwell Health's Long Island Jewish Forrest Hills facility. Supervise residents in clinical care while delivering patient-centered, longitudinal comprehensive medicine. Teach medical students, residents, and fellows within an academic mission focused on education, innovation, and quality improvement.
